23 Months

Here we are, in the blink of an eye, at 23 months of age.

I'm not quite sure how I feel about it....sad she's growing

up so fast but oh how I love watching her grow into

this sweet little lady! In a little less than a month it'll

be time to stop referring to her age in months and

simply just "2"!

She's a little performer and loves to make us and others laugh.

She's also very affectionate and cuddly and will give the

most beautiful, unprompted, cuddles and say love you.

Makes my heart melt.

Being outside, even if it's freezing

Taking long baths

Her babydoll's and purses

Cereal, in any shape or form

Music and dancing

Books, Books and Books

Elmo, Dora & Barney

Some other stuff of interest:

She says words daily and I wonder how in the world she learnt them

Counts to 10 by herself & does so regularly

Can say most of the ABC's and the little song at the end

(still trying to get it on video but she shuts down at the site of it)

She clams up in public but will gladly say "bye bye" to anyone

Given her little broom & dust pan, she'll clean up in an

instant but will not touch or play with her vacuum

The truth is you just get more and more delightful.

Every month brings with it a slightly newer version of you

and each one is more wonderful than the last.

You have changed our lives immeasurably

and we are so very grateful for you.
