Easter

With Easter being a week after my Dad passed it was slightly

depressing. We made do and still tried to make it fun for

the kids. My Dad's brother & family were still and it was

nice to have family close during such a difficult time for us.

A few days before Easter we let the kids dye eggs and

they really had a good time. It was sad to not have my

Dad there though. He loved to dye eggs with the kids.

(and i know these are super duper late)

Another Celebration

On Aleigha's actual birthday we celebrated again.

Henry's family came in from Alabama to celebrate

her birthday and were here for a week. We had so

much fun with them. My mom, sis-in-law & kids

came over too!

Loved these little cookies & they were so good.

The kids played non-stop while they were

here and Aleigha stayed up past her bedtime

every.single.night!

Aleigha got a Wii for her birthday and her favorite

game is Just Dance Kids. She absolutely loves it!

We celebrated Aleigha's 4th birthday a

week before my Dad passed so I'm just

now gettin to post some pics. It has been

a hard month but were still taking things

day-by-day!

Her party was at a local jump house and

everyone had so much fun!

Loss for Words

My dad passed away last Sunday, April 1st from

a heart attack. Please keep my family in your prayers as we go

through this difficult time. He was such a good Dad

and Papaw and we all miss him so very much! I can't even

tell you the pain we are all feeling right now so please

just keep us in your prayers. Thank you.
